What will the product I receive be like?
You will receive a verified, cleaned and ready-to-use device. Each device is shrink-wrapped and protected with bubble wrap, packaged in an HR box. If you have selected any component upgrades, these will already be installed.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Yes, you have up to 15 days to return the product if you are not satisfied. We will refund the full amount using the same payment method you used. It is important that you keep the original packaging and all included accessories.
What warranty do the products have?
All our refurbished Apple products have a 12-month warranty. If the device develops any issue within this period, we will resolve it at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product.
